Our program focuses on engaging youth and for them to be our catalyst for change. We believe that to make change, you have to first start with changing mindsets. The mind is the most powerful tool our youth have. This is an opportunity to work together to encourage young people with diverse profiles and backgrounds to succeed. They are the future of tomorrow, and we need to assist them now for them to be ready for the future. Our current focus is on high school students ( Form 1 to Form 5) and will move to primary school within the next 5 years. Our focus is also youth empowerment through entrepreneurship. The commerce subjects are some of the worst performing at JC and BGCSE level. We also want to focus on improving performance of these subjects and fostering a spirit of entrepreneurship with our students.

Especially when it comes to equipping teachers with the tools to teach with technology and getting our students to be tech savvy. COVID 19 has exposed how behind with technology we are as a nation.. And we would like to use the fellowship program to bridge that gap.
This is an opportunity to cultivate innovative educational leadership and help change mindsets. Our intention is to use Leadership competencies based on the collective leadership methodology to change the mindset of the fellows and those around them. We expect our competencies to trickle down to the students and for them to use it for the rest of their lives. We want our youth to be Leaders. To be able to be problem solvers and innovators once they get to the workplace and can have an impact on the economy.
